  I’m not good at dealing with people, I’m much better at dealing with and fixing machinery but being in the trades teamwork and all the other principles Jocko and Leif teach are very important and this book is helping me tremendously with taking ownership of situations I find myself in. Just realizing and being able to take ownership of things makes the situations feel easier to deal with because if I got us here I might be able to get us out.
