Firm rubber wheels, thick metal brackets ,solid screws. Regarding the screws, I used a 3/4 ply and the appropriate screws. A couple of extra would have been great as I has a dud screw. The instructions , although not the best I have seen, were certainly clearer than some cookery recipes I have used. Also it鈥檚 not that complex a design so it鈥檚 easy to work out. There was a good warning in the instructions regarding checking the drill hole positions. I appreciated that. It took a while to build, a couple of hours, but I ended up with a strong mobile base for my heavy planer and a deep sense of satisfaction. I know it doesn鈥檛 state what thickness of ply so as a note I used 3/4 and it is more than adequate. My planer weighs about 100 LB. Nice product. I recommend it.
