- Reviewed in Canada on April 27, 2020I bought these as one of many tools I was testing to see which made the best ravioli mould. And these were the winner, hands down. They were very easy to use. Because of their design you had a good sense of how much filling to put in. You do have to press down fairly firmly to get them to stick, and pressing down on the plastic with a flat hand hurt. But we used a cloth to cover our hands which fixed the problem. I'm sure the metal version of these would likely cut better but for the price I paid, I'm very satisfied with the results. I should mention, I only used the small and medium sized ones. Have yet to try the larger ones, as I did buy this mostly for ravioli.
