  Good quality heavy gauge construction, which performs in an excellent way for what they were intended-cooking multiple racks of ribs at one time, while saving space. I will say, The cooking time was increased somewhat when using the rack, but that is not a reflection of the quality, rater a function of the basic principals of thermodynamics. I am confident that this rib rack will serve me well for years and years to come.
