  I took a gamble on this based on the reviews. I have PCOS and my periods have been more or less on time (since I got off of birth control, would also highly recommend that).
  
  My cramps were debilitating though, I've been taking this for a month and I'm very, very pleased that I did! I got my period right on time, but the cramps are barely noticable. I can actually function during my period, which I never have been able to do properly.
  
  10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! I usually put it in water because it's truly flavorless, if anything it makes it taste a little like mineral water but not strong.
