Ovasitol Inositol

Ovasitol is the only 40:1 inositol supplement independently tested and certified for content accuracy, purity, and freedom from contaminants.

Scientifically Formulated.

Ovasitol contains a combination of myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol in the body's natural ratio of 40 to 1. Research concludes that this ratio is more effective than other inositol ratios or either form of inositol alone.

PCOS Support.

Ovasitol is formulated to help support improved metabolic factors, normal menstrual cycles, and fertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Optimal Dosing. Twice the Inositol.

Just two packets per day provide 4,000 mg myo-inositol and 100 mg of d-chiro-inositol, twice the daily dose of other brands.

    I have PCOS and have been dealing with nonstop periods ever since I went off birth control. Acne, hair, weight, cravings, and fatigue were also a huge issue for me. Enter Ovasitol. The first couple weeks i felt bloated and extra tired, i was a bit concerned but really wanted to stick with it so I lowered my dose to one scoop per day, and once the bloating went away (probably within 1-2 weeks) i upped the dosage to 2 scoops again as recommended. After that, my cravings disappeared, i lost 12 lbs within a month or so, my acne as been getting less and less (even when i go off my diet for a few days which i did during holidays), my hair growth is a bit less crazy (though not gone, just slower), I'm more energized, and MY PERIOD IS GETTING NORMAL AGAIN - no spotting every day, no periods 3 times a month; my cycle is becoming completely normal and bloating, mood swings, and cravings around this time are more manageable too. I've been on birth control for 13 years due to PCOS. I tried going off it before a couple years ago and my PCOS symptoms were terrible. Though not 100% symptom-free, this time off birth control i am able to manage them SO MUCH better and feel extremely hopeful about my condition. With proper diet, light exercise and Ovasitol, i highly recommend this for anyone who is suffering from PCOS (and i'm sure other conditions too).

    Depuis l'utilisation de ce produit, plusieurs changements positifs sont survenus :

    1) Mes menstruations sont maintenant régulières ;
    2) Mes poils superflus au visage poussent plus lentement, moins foncés et plus fins. Je n'ai pas de nouveaux poils.
    3) Mon humeur est plus stable.

    Seuls inconvénients pour ma part : il faut l'intégrer à sa routine (2x par jour, matin et soir). Cela peut être facile ou difficile selon la personne. La poudre ne se dillue pas toujours bien dans l'eau, mais heureusement elle ne goûte rien.

    Personnellement, je recommande l'utilisation!

    I was very excited when I ordered this product and it’s marketing makes you believe that’s it’s a one stop solution for all women with a history of pcos and those looking to improve fertility.
    However it does not mention that’s it’s not suitable for those who does not have insulin resistance. IT CAUSES WEIGHT GAIN! Do not take it without knowing what hormones are causing you trouble. If you are lean don’t take this at all. I wish the company had the integrity to put out the side effects for different people (there is lots of women who have had the same symptoms as mine) I stopped taking it within 10 days as I noticed the negative side effects. IT IS NOT A MAGIC PORTION AND IT DOES NOT SUIT EVERYONE. I wish 鶹 reads this and takes this product and gives me my money back.

    ABSOLUTELY! I can not stress enough how amazing this has been for my PCOS. It crazy how must doctors won't tell you about this but I can confidently say you'll see a change in your menstrual cycles. Even thought being consistent with it and taking it once and day here and there; it helped with my irregular periods as well as helped with some of the other side effect that come with PCOS.
