- Reviewed in Canada on August 30, 2024I have been taking Coenzyme Q10 regularly since April of this year (2024) & am happy with the fact that it agrees with me. If I shared any of the perceived benefits linked to it they would be purely anecdotal in nature. In addition, what works for me may not for you. I will say that I have suffered from headaches & migraines & SEEM to have seen an improvement. Coenzyme Q10 was recommended to me by a physician for issues unrelated to head pain. The fact that it has been shown to help with migraines & headaches & cardiovascular health in general AND being a tried & true antioxidant was what attracted me to it in the first place.
The brand I had been using has Coenzyme Q10 ONLY with a strength of 200 mgs with 120 per bottle & the dosage is one average sized capsule a day.
THIS brand, Theralogix, has in addition to Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E. This is one of the benefits that drew me to this brand.
The following are what I judge as Benefits:
- No Artificial Dyes
- Gluten Free
- GMP Certified
- Manufactured in the U.S.
- It has an NPN number & it's clearly displayed on the front of the label.
- They are NFS certified. This means that the National Safety Foundation has inspected each batch & it certifies that the supplement "does not contain unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances, or masking agents, and that what is on the label matches what is in the product."
- No BSE. This is a new one for me so I had to research it. Very basically it means the product has not been manufactured using any cows that have Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), more commonly known as Mad Cow Disease. Well, this is good to know ESPECIALLY since the gelatin that these soft gel caps & many other capsules used in other supplements is Bovine sourced. Knowing what I know now, I wish the other supplements I take had this safety measure in place.
- I appreciate the small sized "gel caps". It & its measurements can be seen in the photos & I find them extremely easy for me to swallow.
- Finally, it includes the VESISorb colloidal delivery system. I would strongly suggest doing your own investigation on this. My own research suggests 2007 as when it first started showing up for use in supplements but more recently it's being incorporated by more manufacturers because of its efficacy in helping absorption particularly with substances known to have issues with absorption, Coenzyme Q10 being one of them. The 鶹 Description Page claims VesiSorb "improves the absorption and bioavailability of CoQ10 by 300-600% vs. other oil-based CoQ10 supplements."
Disadvantages or drawbacks
- The price. In case no-one noticed Theralogix brand has 90 (45 days worth) soft gels caps at a dosage of 2 a day with a strength of 125mg Coenzyme Q10 & Vitamin E 6.7mg per cap at regular price at the time of this writing is $107. There is no Subscribe & Save option.
In comparison to the brand I'd been using:
- The price for a bottle of 120 ((that's 4 months worth) Coenzyme Q10 ONLY at a dosage of 1 a day with a strength of 200mg per average size capsules at the regular price at the time of this writing is $34.98 with a Subscribe & Save option of $31.48
Bottom Line: I believe this comes down to your budget & how much you feel taking Coenzyme Q10 would benefit you. I cannot find any fault with the Theralogix brand but my current budget cannot sustain $107 every 45 days. It might be possible if it was the ONLY supplement I was taking but it isn't. I take others. I'm hoping that in time the VesiSorb colloidal delivery system will become more accessible in terms of cost which will help make it more accessible to more people ... like me. I gave it 4 Stars for its prohibitive price point.
Hope this helped & good luck with your health!

- Reviewed in Canada on June 3, 2021Verified PurchaseTastes really good, and easy to swallow , small capsules, which taste orange
- Reviewed in Canada on May 2, 2025Verified PurchaseMy husband and I have been using this product for a month, but we haven’t noticed any significant changes yet. We believe it may need more time to take effect, so we’ll update our review later. One thing we both agree on is that the shape of the pills makes them a bit difficult to swallow.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 3, 2020Verified PurchaseGreat product.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 10, 2024The bottle arrived well sealed with an easy to see NPN. NeoQ10 is the more bioavailable form of CoQ10 so which means it is better absorbed by the body. The pills are quite large, but are easy to swallow. the directions for use are 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. It's an important antioxidant to me, and I use it regularly in my supplement stack. I haven't noticed any ill effects or bad aftertaste from these softgels.

Theralogix - NeoQ10® Coenzyme Q10 Supplement for Cardiovascular Support - Promotes Normal Heart Health, Fertility, and Cognitive Function - 300-600% Better Absorption and Bioavailability - 90 Softgels
If you are reading this review, you are likely already familiar with CoQ10. The benefits of this version are the inclusion of Vitamin E (more on this later) as well as the inclusion of VESISorb (colloidal delivery system) purported to improve absorption and bioavailability of CoQ10 by 300-600%. That's interesting.
About this product:
- The product arrived in good condition with two security seals intact
- There are no broken capsules
- There are a variety of abbreviations and acronyms to suggest care taken in the selection of ingredients as well as manufacture
- Labeling is reasonably clear
- Lot and NPN numbers are present
- Expiry is 18 months out from delivery date
- Recommended dosage is 2/day according to the label (more on this later)
- With 90 softgels/ bottle, this represents a 45 day supply if taken as directed
As with all all things we ingest, be aware of contraindications prior to taking and monitor for adverse side effects.
Misses?
- There are some discrepancies in details between the listing and the label (see Photo 1).
- Dosage: The label says 2/day (or as recommended by a practitioner) while the listing shows 1-2/day.
- While they are easy enough to swallow, the capsules are quite large (see Photo 2 compared to a 400IU vitamin E capsule for comparison).
- For those of us who already obtain Vitamin E from other sources -- and while the amount may be nominal -- how necessary is it to include Vitamin E? Creating complex formulae complicates supplement use for consumers.
- While CoQ10 supplements are not inexpensive, considering this supplement contains VESISorb to enhance absorption (and it can therefore include less CoQ10 that competitors to gain the same benefit), looking at the price, it makes me question the value proposition associated with greater absorption. While I want my CoQ10 consumption to be effective, VESISorb is but one of the absorption-enhancement strategies available in the market. It may be worth trying these as well as others but, as with most supplements and absorption strategies, efficacy can only be determined by large-scale studies.
Yes, this is a good product. It's worth shortlisting. Recommended with some reservation.
