  I have ordered this product for a second time as the first one was broken - hoping it was just a fluke.
  
  Turns out the second one also had the exact same broken piece. I appreciate the returns but it's annoying to keep returning something yous hope works and kids could enjoy.
  
  Definitely a horrible experience and would not recommend - I'd actually advise against buying this product!!
