I was hoping this would be as good as the peanut noodles, but I found it very bland. The coconut milk was quite muted and the other flavours were subtle. I was hoping for a nice meal that I could take with me travelling but for $5 I'd rather buy the peanut flavour from this brand. This flavour is called coconut ginger but I struggled to notice the ginger powder. The noodles take about 5 minutes to cook in the microwave (or, ~8-9 minutes if you use boiling water in a kettle) and do not soften as fast as I would like. I suggest putting the noodles + sauce in a frying pan and cooking a bit longer if you are at home and able to do so.
