Worked great but after 4 months of use, the carrying strap came undone on one end ( the snap button came off) and I have been trying to find a replacement cap with strap but that doesn鈥檛 seem possible from any site. Not really practical to buy a new bottle to fix the strap issue.
On a positive note, once I called customer service to find parts, they voluntarily and without question gave me a coupon to cover the cost of a new bottle. Greatest customer service I鈥檝e ever dealt with. Thank you.
