  Have been using this product for a number of years after having it recommended by a colleague of mine. It is a bit pricy, and the container is not full, but it lasts me about a month or per container. I can honestly say this product has been a holy grail. I can often go through bouts of severe anxiety and insomnia because of it, and this relieves the anxiety and helps me fall asleep. I used to have to take lorazepam, and this has been a really incredible, non-addictive alternative. Could not recommend this product more for people who need it.
