To start with the positive, the product is beautifully designed making it nice to leave on the counter when not in use. It also works great. It is completely idiot proof making it easy for anyone to use. And the rice comes out perfectly every time. The pot itself is non stick making it very easy to rinse and clean. Unfortunately the con to this product is that it鈥檚 labelled as 8 cup and it鈥檚 definitely NOT 8 cup. I tried to make 6 small cups (see attached photo) and it kept telling me to remove some weight because of danger of overflow. Firstly, I鈥檝e been making rice all my life. That is NOT going to overflow. There should be a bypass to allow to cook even after the warning. This is a huge issue for me if I can鈥檛 make more than 3 small cups considering I have a large family. To pay the amount it costs for something that can鈥檛 make more than 3 small cups is very disappointing.
