  Does exactly what ScanTool says it will do. Connects reliably, works with both OBDLink and DashCommand, reads everything for my 2012 Chevy Sonic. The blue and green lights stay on when the car is off even though ScanTool says it doesn't use any power when the key is switched off. I'm not sure how that all works, but it hasn't killed my battery yet. Maybe it would if my car sat for a week or two.
