- Reviewed in Canada on August 11, 2024I have several ThinkWare dash cameras before. This Viofo camera produces sharper and wider videos. The adhesive on the camera is not good and the camera keeps falling down. Based on feedbacks from other customers, I also bought Viofo industrial microSD and it works fine. Viofo microSD is $60CDN vs ScanDisk $20. The package comes with 2 USB-A2C cables: 1 is 3 ft and the 2nd super long. The 3 ft cable is practically useless. I need about 4 ft to go from the top of the wind shield straight down to the car's USB-C outlet. I bought a 6 ft cable from Staple but it does not work with the camera! I ended up using its supplied super long cable. Also, it does not come with small adhesive hooks so I can wrap the long cable around the edge of the wind shield to the outlet.
Overall, this camera is a good product.
The Customer Support is excellent as they responded to me right the way. They sent me extra adhesive hooks and camera bracket. They also reimbursed $20 to my account for the 6 ft cable from Staple which did not work. Thanks.12 people found this helpfulReport PermalinkHelpful
