I agree with many others that it is a great sculpt and maybe not the best manufacturing but for someone like me who is just gonna set them up once or twice a year, no big deal. It is surprising at the stage of the game when there are so many companies doing good exchangeable, hands, and heads that there are still manufacturing issues where post break or bend when trying to do a simple exchange. Heat them up with a blow dryer before you do an exchanges and you should be fine.
