  It has sped up allot of my cooking making big soup a breeze, but it said that it cuts uniformly, which it does but it's actually a bit of a pain to get it to get all of the peices, like if whatever you're putting in is to big it'll just end up bouncing off the top of the blades, cabbage, carrots potatoes, onions, all of it had peices that just bounced off the blades that needed to be hand cut. And after trying for a couple of times with the chop function, still missed it and just made everything else to small.
  It's a fantastic processor, just need to fine tune the process to your liking which takes a couple of tries
