It genuinely helps with hair growth, and my hair feels stronger and healthier overall. I had very short hair, think of a pixie cut, and it's literally almost past my shoulders now. I have always had fast-growing hair, but this has definitely sped it up. Despite being a leave-in conditioner, it鈥檚 incredibly lightweight and doesn鈥檛 weigh down my hair or make it feel greasy. It鈥檚 perfect for daily use, even on fine hair. I often use heat styling tools, and this product provides great heat protection. It keeps my hair safe from heat damage while also adding a bit of shine. This product works for almost every hair type I've seen since I've recommended friends to buy the set, straight hair, curly hair, thick or thin. I have really thick and wavy hair and I love this product so so so much, it is worth the cost.
Honestly, I can鈥檛 find any major faults with this product. If I had to nitpick, the scent is a bit strong when first applied, but it fades quickly and leaves a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Buy this for beginner hair growth I love the brand, I have the shampoo and conditioner set which I ended up buying at Walmart so you can find this stuff anywhere.
