  *Review Update*
  I had originally given the Cuisinart Cast Iron Grill Press a score of 2 stars only. However, after using it for a couple of months now on my griddle, I'm upping the score to 4. Basically, I initially had given a low score because I wasn't using it right
  
  It has helped tremendously with steaks and burgers. It allows the meat to cook evenly & quickly. It also prevents bulges you'd get from heat all while keeping the right amount of juices inside. The only issues I have is that it's too big to use with my iron skillet and the wooden handle feels flimsy/low quality.
  
  I'll be looking to buy a few more for my outdoor griddle!
