  I ordered this about a month ago and gave it some time to see how it worked. Initially, I experienced massive hair loss. I understand that losing some hair daily is natural, but in my case, it was to a great extent. I take it every morning with vitamin B6, as I read a study suggesting they work better together. The taste is a bit too sweet but still bearable.
  As of today, my hair loss has stopped, my nails have become stronger, and my skin looks fresher overall. I will recommend it as an effective supplement.
