  The last Braun hand held grinder was bought about 30 years ago. I usually used it to grind soft veg in soup. But it gave up on me because I used it to grind cooked meat which was not cut into small enough sizes and the older version power was a lot lower. The new one works as good as I have expected. And this new one comes with additional parts that function well. It is of course more powerful than the older version. I hope Braun could think about providing more colourful choices…black is realllly boring and I expect I will have to bear with this colour for another 30 years! I like the design of the main tall grind blade which is a decisive factor; this design makes cleaning easier.
