I would note that the grinder shoots the grounds into the cup with enough force to pack it into the rim of the lid. The opening of the ground container allows grounds to fall out easily and all over your counter. When you take the lid off, yup, grounds falling again. You definitely need something to get the grounds off the lid and container into your coffee appliance. You can't just bang the sides or lid to get the grounds off. The long story short, is that it can be annoyingly messy. I used the most coarse setting for my French press. I can't imagine how fine the grounds for Espresso would be. This isn't a negative review. Love the grinder. It does exactly what I bought it for. Just more of an FYI - you aren't grinding and dumping quickly.Report PermalinkHelpful
