  Excellent sharpening tool.
  
  After reading many reviews, I purchased this to fix/sharpen my Henkel 4* knives after years of using pull through sharpener. Within minutes, they were much sharper using the 400 and 1000 grit pads already included. Had to sharpen to 20 degrees as opposed to 15’ due to German steel. This product is excellent quality, easy to use and works exactly as advertised.
