- Reviewed in Canada on August 29, 2023This weather station is a bit tedious to set up (the user manual is 12 pages long). Once set up, the temperature and humidity readings seem accurate. With other weather stations I used, when I compare the weather station's reading with that of the remote sensor after placing them side by side, their readings are within one degree Celsius and 5% relative humidity. This weather station performs within that same range. However the transmission of the remote sensor is very poor. I tried putting the remote sensor on the deck within 25' of the weather station and the connection between them was flaky and hit and miss. As for weather forecasts, this weather station has a really odd way of calibration based on barometric pressure trends and to me, it's not very accurate or useful. But I do like the colorful display of the weather station. I keep the weather station plugged in all the time because otherwise on full charge its battery will run down after a couple of days.
