These D3 supplements from Now make that really easy because they are 2500 IU each and they are in an Olive Oil soft-gel which makes it easier for your body to absorb because it can only absorb Vitamin D through fat up-take in your diet and the Olive oil combined with the D3 in these soft-gel's does that. I have had a hard time getting my Vitamin D level up as shown in my blood tests, with other supplements but using these ones from Now work the best out of all the brands I've tried and as a result I was able to get my Vitamin D level to where it should be. I'd highly recommend these high quality Vitamin D supplements. They work really well. Always consult with your doctor or medical professional before taking any supplement. There is harm that can happen by taking too much. I only take more than a normal amount under the advise of my doctor and because we monitor my blood levels to be sure I'm not taking too much.
