  Ive been taking this product for a month now. I noticed very quickly that my nails became very hard and they do not break anymore. My hair feels a bit thicker already and I don't think as much hair falls out anymore in the shower or in my brush. I haven't noticed any change with my skin but I've never had any problems with my skin. I'm excited to see how much nicer my hair will be in the next few months!
