Verdict: A very basic unit, mostly useful to find out what that CEL is for, with some limited diagnostic features. Cryptic abbreviations with no explanations leave you guessing. But for the price, considering its sturdiness, ability to tell you what how serious that CEL is and its small size, it makes a nice addition to any set of basic tools one should keep in the car.
