  The product works perfectly for Xbox and ps4. I see a lot of reviews where people are having trouble with theirs. The device is not something that you slap onto your controller and start using to its full potential. It requires watching some YouTube videos on proper setup. The manual that comes with it is complete garbage. For example: You have to hold down both paddles while plugging it into a computer for it to successfully update... little things like that the manual leaves out...
  I have had zero issues with mine for Xbox and PS4. It’s extremely overpowered device that is game changing. Anyone who is having issues needs to do the research which took me approximately 2 hours.
