    This was a wonderful read with helpful tips for bringing more presence into your life. Rather then some step by step manual for how to sit on a cushion to find inner peace, this book offers a plenitude of simple exercises that inspire moments of regaining calm and mindfulness throughout your day which helps integrate a habit of mindfulness rather than solely a meditation practice. The author shares relatable anecdotes from her life in a down to earth and unostentatious way that really makes the book feel more like you're chatting with a good friend rather than reading a book. I've found the suggestions in A Drink Called Mindfulness helpful in my daily life as well as giving me greater insights into the thought patterns that keep me feeling overburdened and exhausted. I highly recommend giving this one a read!
