- Reviewed in Canada on October 31, 2023When I first got this I was in love with this machine! Easy to use and I loved that I could clear my sinuses while getting a wonderful facial steam. The additional kit that comes with it to remove blackheads/pimples is professional grade and wonderful!
Cons:
1) It gets very hot and which is hard to handle.
2)After 7 days of daily use 2 x a day it no longer provided a steady stream of steam, it came in short bursts approx. 10 to 15 mins apart.
3) I purchased it on February 21st 2023 and it turns on, gets hot but stopped producing steam June 4th 2023.
4) It requires distilled water to honor warranty. **This is not a problem for me because I order 4 Gallon jugs of distilled water weekly for my espresso machine, my professional grade steam cleaner, my steam mop and my ice machine. All machines that require water typically recommend or require distilled water to prevent calcification and damage.
