  Just got it last week & it was very simple to assemble. Sturdy, well built Mobility Scooter. So, I have a bad back & wanted a scooter to do Nature Trails with my wife & our English Setter dog. Done two trips so far of combination paved, crushed gravel, short firm grass with several inclines during the trails. Performed, super duper & so far I'm very happy. I'm only 160 lbs. & hope battery distance is close to what is claimed by SuperHandy.
  Update: Wow, it's still going strong & I ride it almost everywhere on trails. Yesterday, on a 2 1/2 mile trail of paved, fine gravel, grass & board walk. It performed wonderful & on only battery as well.
