I actually really like this headset, so much so that I bought it three times (this being the third time) because my first one broke, and my second one is at my parents' house.
The sound quality is really good. The downside, however, is that because there's a manual volume wheel on the headset, sometimes you'll get a buzzing noise if you have the volume knob is too high and your windows volume is low. Also, you'll get a minor buzzing noise when you plug it in to charge while you use it.
It's pretty comfortable, sitting comfortably on your head. If you do wear it for long hours though, the top of your head where the band is might be sore or hurt a hit. The cups that sit around your ears are comfortable as well, which is nice.
Now, the downsides for this headset surround its battery. It's good at first, I don't exactly remember but it could go a full day (fully charged) of use without having to charge it until I sleep. However, over time the battery capacity will start to diminish, requiring you to charge it more and more often. I've had my current headset for 1.5 years (there's no rounding there, I got it on Sept 21, 2021, 1y 5m 24d ago, as of writing this at Mar 17, 2023). As of now, I have to plug it in to charge every 2-3 hours. Even after a full charge overnight, it's only lasted me about 3-4 hours before needing to plug it in.
In fact, the second time I bought it, I ran into the same issue, although back then I didn't know that it was because of the battery capacity diminishing over time. With the other one, I could not use it without it being plugged in because it would literally die minutes after not being plugged in.
Overall, I think this is a good headset, I do recommend it, HOWEVER, if you want a headset to last you more than 2 years max, don't get this one, or any wireless headset for that matter.
