SIMPLE INSTALLATION

Please make sure the connectors are firmly tightened to ensure safety

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step 1 Ensure that the on/off valve is closed.
Step 2 Invert the large tank and connect the QCC1 connector to the propane tank.
Step 3 Connect the 1 inch -20 inch disposable internal thread to the propane fuel cylinder.
Step 4 Open the cylinder valve of the large tank.
Step 5 Turn on on-off control valve and let the gas flow until the tank is full.
Step 6 Make sure the valve is closed for safety
Step 7 Invert the large propane tank in a safe corner, away from flames and sparks, so that the liquid can flow out.
Note Due to the highly flammable nature of this gas, for safety reasons, you must do this outside the door and keep it away from flames and sparks.

  • This adapter is designed to work with propane tanks that have a QCC1/Type 1 connection (typically found on 5 40 lb tanks). If your tank uses this connection, it will be compatible with the product.

  • Yes. The ON/OFF valve ensures smooth flow control. The three-color gauge (often with glow pointers) helps you check the full level without guessing. The brass build prevents leaks and corrosion.

  • Yes, as long as your appliance uses a 1 lb disposable propane cylinder with a 1″-20 male thread, this adapter will work. It can be used for heaters, lanterns, or any other appliance that requires a 1 lb cylinder.

  • Roughly around one minute, thanks to the 90° elbow design that improves gas flow efficiency

  • After use, ensure that the product is disconnected from both the large and small tanks. Store it in a dry, cool place away from heat or open flames. Check the product periodically for any wear or damage, particularly the valves and fittings.
