The joycon grip works fine but it is very loose and the magnets are not strong so the joycons flex a lot when playing games. It becomes distracting to have to hold them in place while playing Mario kart or something like that. They feel like they want to come off constantly.

I haven’t had the opportunity to thoroughly test the FASTSNAIL Charging Grip specifically designed for the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Cons yet, but it feels like a solid and practical accessory. The magnetic connection makes attaching the controllers effortless, and I appreciate the detachable USB-C cable — it allows for flexible cable length depending on the setup. The LED indicators are easy to read and clearly show the charging status. I also like the inclusion of a stand, which helps keep everything organized when not in use.

The grip itself is lightweight and comfortable, with an ergonomic shape that’s easy to hold. That said, one noticeable drawback is the stand — it’s far too lightweight. When the grip is attached to the controllers, the whole unit topples over quite easily, which definitely takes away from its overall practicality.

While I haven’t tested it with the actual Switch 2 Joy-Cons yet, this grip appears to offer a good balance of comfort, functionality, and affordability for the upcoming system. That said, the stand could really benefit from added weight or stability to truly earn a 5-star rating.

I was hoping to use this as a travel controller grip as it is quite skinny compared to the included controller grip. It did not take long to realize it will not work for me, the magnets are just much too weak. When the Joycons are on the Switch 2 or the official grip, there is essentially zero give and prying the Joycons out without the release button is not easy. With this attachment, I can simply pull them out with ease, also they easily bend back and fourth when inserted. Besides that, the whole thing does feel a bit cheap and it just kind of sits on the included base, no clicking or magnets to keep it in place. Frankly the base is pretty useless. But as far as charging the joycons, it works but it makes for an unpleasant experience if also playing while the Joycons are in this grip.

Overall I don't think it is great, it feels fairly cheap, I would be more forgiving and probably would have given it 4 stars if it was not for the extremely weak magnets.

Compared to the actual magnetic latch of the Nintendo Switch 2, this grip is weak. I can feel a jiggle as I shake the grip and it doesn't secure at all. The only benefit is the chargeability while using but I doubt I'll be using this anymore.

Nur zum Laden der Joy Cons 2 - 100% geeignet. Wie von manchen Gratis Bewertern hier beschrieben auch zum spielen geeignet. Beim laden spielen 0% geeignet weil das ganze ist völlig wackelig und lose beim Versuch damit beim laden zu spielen. Da besteht die Gefahr die Anschlüsse zu beschädigen.

Da rastet nichts ein oder verriegelt wie am Switch 2 Gerät sowie dem beiliegendem Joy Con 2 halter ja damit kann man zocken. Nintendo hätte auch dort mal endlich einen Anschluss spendieren können aber Nein wieder 35€ - 70DM Extra abgreifen.

Overall, this offers a decent gamepad/charging options for my switch 2 joycons, but there are some strange design choices.

In terms of build quality, it's essentially just generic black plastic, with a bit of superficial design. There are two colour-coded LED lights which is a nice touch sou you can see when the blue and red controllers are in place and charging. There is also a small gap around the joycon connector that ensures the green joycon LED lights are fully visable.

The two pieces sit neatly on the table and hold the joycons reasonably well when not in use. The magnets, however, are a little weak, which undermines it's usefulness when in controller mode.

Additionally, the charging port on the top doesn't make much sense to me. While it does allow the controller portion to be removed from the table-top stand and used without any additional fiddling with wires, it does as extra weight/pull on the top of the controller. Given that there are no additional grip sections, this additional pull actually makes it quite uncomfortable to use for any length of time while charging.

Dommage toutefois que les manettes ne tiennent pas très bien, elles bougent et cela peut vite rendre l'utilisation inconfortable.
Néanmoins il reste très pratique pour recharger les manettes tout en les exposant sur un meuble.

Ce support de recharge permet de jouer tout en chargeant sa manette ce qui est bien pratique et évite d'être surpris par une manette vide en pleine partie.
Dommage toutefois que les manettes ne tiennent pas très bien, elles bougent et cela peut vite rendre l'utilisation inconfortable.
Néanmoins il reste très pratique pour recharger les manettes tout en les exposant sur un meuble.
