    Auf diese Tonsillenstein-Entferner habe ich schon lange gewartet. Seit Jahren habe ich mit Mandelsteinen zu tun, die einen unangenehmen Geruch verströmen. Sie fühlen sich wie dicke Krümel im Hals an und verursachen Halsschmerzen. Bisher fand ich keine gute Lösung zur Entfernung derselben.
    Mit diesen beiden Metallstäben hat sich das maßgeblich geändert. Die Stäbe verfügen an ihren Enden über insgesamt vier verschiedene Mobilisierungs- und Entfernungselemente wie Schlaufe, 2x Stößel und Schaufel. Passend dazu werden 10 Silikonhüllen zum Überziehen mitgeliefert. Das macht die Behandlung angenehmer.
    Die Stäbe bestehen aus hochwertigem rostfreiem Edelstahl, sind mit 18 cm ausreichend lang und verfügen über jeweils zwei rutschfeste Griffbereiche. Die Reinigung ist äußerst simpel: Entweder mit klarem Wasser abspülen oder in die Spülmaschine geben. Ein Abkochen halte ich für übertrieben, da sich an Metall keine Keime festsetzen können.
    Schade ist, dass es keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit gibt. Lose rumliegen lassen ist für mich keine Option. Ein einfaches Etui wäre hier schön gewesen, dies hätte aber vermutlich den unschlagbaren Preis gesprengt.

    Unappetitliches Thema. Aber das wird sich durch dieses Set ändern. Zunächst wusste ich nichts von Mandelsteinen. Bis mich meine Zahnärztin darauf hingewiesen hatte. Denn trotz sehr häufigen Zähneputzens und Gurgelns blieb der Mundgeruch.

    Dann hatte ich mit Q-Tips und Abschminkstäbchen versucht, die Steinchen zu entfernen. Die sind eigentlich zu kurz, sodass das immer ein nervenaufreibendes Gefummel war. Vom Würgereiz ganz abgesehen.

    Der bleib zwar auch bei diesen Werkzeugen. Aber dank der Länge und Aufsätze ist der Eingriff deutlich entspannter.

    Hätte schon deutlich früher nach diesen Hilfsmitteln googlen sollen.

    Wer an Mandelsteinen leidet, sollte das Set probieren. Kleine Investition für ein besseres Mundgefühl.
