I ordered this to stop dust and dirt from coming in under the garage door. This is a stopper/ bumper that has a raised lip that prevents dust and dirt from coming in where the regular door bumper is not completely even with the garage floor.
I had to leave it in the sun for a few hours to get it to lay flat, but once it was flat, it was easy to install with some regular construction glue (which is NOT included in the package). I used the most commonly available construction glue and it is holding well.
I don't have water issues, so I cannot comment on that aspect of this stopper, but I have found there to be less dust coming in.
