I have tried other protectors before, and this one was the first pre-cut set I had gotten. It came with 7 large sheets and 5 smaller sheets plus some bonus chair socks for floor protection! It came with some nails to also secure them better onto certain fabrics, but I couldn't use them with the velvet sofas I was using them for.

PROS:
- Dense and high quality-- my cat can't scratch through them
- Easy to apply and adjust
- Additional screws for security

CONS:
- The sizing was very awkward and it didn't cover the sides of my sofa well. I had to use the smaller strips to cover parts
- It is very visible in comparison to other guards
- You would have to cut some of the sheets anyway to get them to fit. It makes more sense to have the same amount in one role rather than one-sized-fits-all sheets.

I like everything about these furniture protections plastic sheets, and my cat hates them. It has virtually stopped him from ruining a beautiful wingback, upholstered chair, I've owned for years. I had help putting up the plastic sheets. Someone else cut them to measure for the sides, and used whole ones for the back. The chair is nearly covered on the back and sides, but it doesn't look bad at all, and it prevents my little monster from clawing it. Since the sheets can be cut in any shape we are adding a few little pieces here and there to stop the wily cat from finding an open spot. I also placed his new scratching post right beside the chair so it is easy to immediately pick him up and reintroduce him to the right place to scratch when he attempts to scratch on the furniture. We were very pleased with the adhesive sheets, and I pulled one off and replaced it to see if it did anything to the chair. It did not harm it at all and worked like a charm. We have quite a few leftover plastic sheets if we ever need to replace these.

This stuff works great for the price ($19.99 at the time of writing this review) it is like thick plastic sheets that are flexible enough that you can wrap around edges, it's also pretty forgiving I was able to partially stick a sheet on and off a few times to ensure I was positioned right and the plastic remained sticky the entire time. It's pretty thick and slippery so our cats didn't like scratching on it cause they couldn't dig their claws in. in the light you can see the plastic on your furniture cause it is shiny but in our living room on a regular day you won't notice it. Overall a great product that will save your furniture that I would recommend for anyone with cats.

I bought this couch cover in a last-ditch effort to save my sofa from my sweet, scratch-happy cat — and let me tell you, it worked like a charm!

My cat is adorable, cuddly, and apparently has a deep, personal vendetta against upholstery. But since putting this cover on, she’s completely lost interest in scratching the couch. I don’t know if it’s the texture or just the fact that she knows I actually like this cover, but either way — no more claw marks!

The fabric is soft, durable, and surprisingly stylish. It stays in place really well, even after cat zoomies and couch naps. And the best part? When the inevitable fur buildup happens, it’s easy to take off and toss in the wash.

If you’re a fellow cat parent trying to protect your furniture without wrapping it in tinfoil or bubble wrap, this cover is a must. My couch looks good, my cat is happy, and I haven’t muttered “why are you like this” in days.

I tried this out for a couple days. It did prevent our cat from scratching the furniture, however, it's so stiff that it peels up on the edges where it contacts the upholstery. My cat thinks plastic is gum so she just started using it as a chew toy.. One problem solved, new one came up..

They blend in pretty good with the furniture; although their high gloss makes them visible if they catch the sun. They’ve done an amazing job keeping my cat’s claws off the couch arms and corners.

The adhesive holds up well without damaging the fabric, and I love that they can be cut to size for smaller or oddly shaped areas.

This one isn’t sticky on both sides so it doesn’t deter the cats from future attempts, but their claws don’t penetrate.

This is a pretty simple product that has so far worked perfectly for me. It comes in a package with more than enough sheets to cover what you need. There were also some additional half cut sheet for smaller areas you need to cover. My biggest worry was these would just fall off since its essentially a sticker on fabric. These stuck way better than I had expected, plus they came with corkscrew pins for additional security to prevent from coming off. I have a particular area on my couch that all 3 of my cats love to use as a scratching post. After 1 day and a couple of tries each from the 3 of them, they've all essentially given up and moved onto their actual scratch posts. Best part is, you really don't even notice they are there all that much.

They are super easy to install and are basically giant pieces of packaging tape, they also included pigtail push pins which basically screw the plastic cover into the upholstery to prevent it from unsticking. Overall I'm very happy with these.

These protective covers are great! We have a cat that loved to use our couches as scratching posts and after adding these she no longer does that. They are super easy to install and are basically giant pieces of packaging tape, they also included pigtail push pins which basically screw the plastic cover into the upholstery to prevent it from unsticking. Overall I'm very happy with these.
