--About Bluetooth connectivity issue:

1. Ensure that all wiring is correct. 2. There is no signal interference nearby.

3. Try using a different power source and outlet.

4. If there are multiple input modes, check whether other input modes work properly.

5. Try using different Bluetooth devices, speaker wires, and speakers. 6. Change the environment.

7. If there is a Bluetooth antenna included, ensure that it is connected correctly and try using a different antenna.

--About sound issue or not working properly:

1. Make sure all the cables are fully connected.

2. Adjust the treble and bass control of the power amplifier to achieve the right tone.

3. Please try to change the sound source and cables to test.

i am giving this a 4 star rating -- as it sounds good (out of the box) and is providing excellent power to my 2 TV Speakers. This amp is definitely worth a listen (and the 2 tone controls work well -- providing a subtle shelf to the bass and treble).

I am impressed with the sound quality from this little amp -- Now it is not going to replace my high end gear -- but for the money - it is impressive.

I have not tried OP am rolling -- but will look into that , let the amp burn in a bit.

Positives:
Sound Quality - Probably all that matters. Overall, I am very happy with this as it replaced an old Nakamichi amplifier. This sounds just as good and more, at probably 1/10 the power usage.

Pre-out adjusted via knob - This is super helpful as the pre-out goes directly to my powered subwoofer, so when adjusting the volume, the sub is adjusted the same. This is the one feature keeping me from upgrading to the Fosi Audio V3 amp.

Two issues:
Power Supply option - I wish they provided the option to purchase with the 48V 5A power supply. Have to purchase separately and feels like a waste of the supplied 32V. I see Fosi sells the V3 with an option to purchase with the 48V power supply and would like to see that here.

Build Quality/Tolerance - First, let me say I understand for the price, they had to compromise something, and I think it is build quality, which (spoiler) I am OKAY with! But.... the rear plugs on the back are cheap feeling with poor tolerance. The pre-out plug is off centre. The volume knob is loose/has a lot of play. The bass knob detent is slightly off centre making it look like bass is up a bit. The on/off switch is flimsy. The screen printed graphics are slightly crooked and misaligned. Everything physical is just slightly "not good".

Actually I would give it 4.5 stars due to the above issues, but overall I'm very happy.

Bluetooth connection is a problem...

Functionality - the default input is Bluetooth, so if you are listening to an album and someone with a Bluetooth connection to this amp walks into the room, it switches over immediately. Strongly suggest they add a mechanical switch.

Sound - the high end is harsh, not as well defined as I would like, but not too bad (just bad enough!) the bottom end is strong and tight, but I set up this amp at the same time as as new subwoofer, so that might have something to do with it.

Overall, it is a fairly decent unit for the price, but the Bluetooth thing really is a pain in the behind until everyone in the household who uses this unit with Bluetooth gets in the habit of "forgetting" this connection when they are done.
