This is an excellent product and has fully met my expectations. I bought the Edge before its official release and found that the website, manual were still in the final stages of development. I struggled to connect with the right application which I needed to access the full functionality, like the looper.
The first response from the AI-enabled help desk missed the boat. But a human being - the excellent Heyling - on the Positive Grid Help desk quickly solved all my initial problems, competently and graciously. So in the end, great customer service! Saved the day for me.
