Initial setup was pretty easy and straight forward. I entered one user with all three authentication methods, fingerprint, card, pin, and although it erased the card and the password the first time I added a password, a second attempt got all three authentication methods set. The wording they use for clocking in and out, or logging in/out, is odd. This uses the word 'break' so you end up with break-in and break-out on the screen, the log does say IN and OUT. I set up a few employees easily enough, although clocking in and out is going to be new to them and they will probably forget a bunch of times. You will have to get employees to adhere to a new policy of clocking in and out so that the system is actually useful to you. I wall mounted it and the power cord is too short, unless the power plug is available on the wall directly below where you mount it. Downloading the report onto the included USB stick, is easy enough, and the XLS formatted log page produced is easy to read. A time clock might be useful, but may cause other issues if they 'forget' to clock in or out.
