What appealed to me with this item is it replaced 2 other bins.
Where I live, we have green, clear & blue garbage bags. The smallest bin will hold a small bag while the main bin holds medium bags. The two other bins on the bottom hold my recyclables, but you can use it for whatever purpose you decide.
If you plan on using the automated features, you’ll need 6 AA batteries, but it isn’t required.
The bin is tall and stylish which matched my other appliances.
For me, this was the perfect space saver, one bin does it all.

I wanted this to be the perfect solution but it's not quite there. It can only be opened with batteries so if they die you have to replace them right away. Unfortunately the spot I keep this in is near a window and the sunlight will trigger the motion sensor so it opens and closes all the time. I like the recycle bin drawer but wish it was only one bin instead of 2. The bins are too narrow to fit our recycling. We buy costco trash bags and they are too narrow to fit on the bag ring so we have to stretch the opening everything we change the trash. It is great quality and looks amazing. Guests alhave even commented on how much they like it. Unfortunately the function is just off enough to be annoying.
