This seems to be a great power bar and idea, but it is not Etl or any other ex CSA ULc approved there are no labels or markings at all on it, the device itself has to be labeled to be legal to sell in Ontario Canada, this has a lot of plugs on it so one would want to make sure its safe and not a fire Haszard, it is also kinda cheapy plastic, but if it was at least properly approved then would feel safe to use it, unfortunately looks a like a great idea but since not approved then I have to send it back. The description in the amazon add says its ETl approved, so that's a big lie, or the one I received they forgot top put any markings on it, there is absolutely no markings at all on it. the cable markings don't count has to be on the actual item,

The particular appeal of this one is for its ABUNDANCE of plugs that are spaced generously to accommodate the various shapes & sizes of power bricks, and with its 2-tier, 2-sided design, there’s a spot for each & every device at your workstation.

Some reviewers mentioned the ORIENTATION of the power strip, so make sure you consider your own desk or worktable layout to determine whether this will work for you. CLAMPING can be an issue if your tabletop/worktop isn’t uniform in thickness, so place an appropriate CAUL underneath, if this applies to your situation.

I personally love this dual-layer power strip—I needed this plug-in solution for this area of my room, and it has & does everything I need it to do. Again, you’re protected from power surges, so if that’s of any concern to you, your pricey & precious electronics are going to be fine.

There are other complaints that I'll get out of the way later, but first and foremost THIS IS NOT A SURGE PROTECTOR LIKE IT CLAIMS.

• The lack of lights, a reset switch, or even a typical lighted power switch made me suspect that this was, in fact, just a power strip, and upon disassembly this was confirmed. There are no metal oxide varistors in this device to provide surge protection, nor are any of the 3-prong AC ports protected in any way. Only devices plugged into the USB ports will have any degree of protection.

• It also claims ETL certification but there are no ETL, UL, or CE logos anywhere on the product or packaging except on the CORDS, which do have a valid UL listing, but the power strips themselves carry no certification.

• With the cords being 16-gauge and each strip having 10 outlets, this is a LIGHT DUTY ONLY power strip. With the number of outlets it would be very easy to overload this unit.

With the SAFETY CONCERNS out of the way we can move on to the other issues:

• The overall build quality feels cheap and light-duty.

• The clamp is very narrow, and cannot open wide enough to clamp to a typical hardwood-topped industrial table. Your clamped surface must be less than 1.5" thick or else it will not be able to open wide enough due to the thickness of the clamping foot.

• This is really two power strips screwed to each other, and will take up two outlets as a result.

• The housing of the lower unit is the same as the top one without the knockouts for the USB ports removed, and has the plug in the same spot, which is then oriented upwards against the clamped surface--a baffling design done so they could reuse the same plastics mold. Having it come off the unused end of the housing would have made much more sense and caused fewer clearance issues.

• Given all of the complaints above there is NO WAY this is worth anywhere near the ~$80 asking price and I would advise buyers to look elsewhere.

Ok...so this is quite an interesting power strip(s). It has one (1) strip that sits on top of the desktop and one that hangs off a bracket below the desk. There's a screw clamp on the bracket that cinches the top strip down.

Strip on the desk has two (2) quick-charge USB-C and two quick-charge USB-A, should you get to your desk and need a quick recharge. Also has a pair each of regular USB-A and USB-C, for just maintaining power levels of devices. It also has ten (10) outlets if you really need to power that many things on top of the desk!

Bottom strip also has ten outlets, which is crazy since it boggles the mind what could be plugged in. Ok, maybe a walking treadmill, sit/stand desk, computer tower, and who knows. But it's there if you need it.

So what could be improved? First off, if both strips are fixed on the bracket, why does each need its own plug/cord? I doubt that you could power all outlets with a single plug, so maybe that's why. But then if you need more than ten, you'd be using 2 regular strips. But if it could come with a pre-connected set, probably better. The other thing is that the bracket works better on a vertical-edged desktop. My desktop has a vertical edge cutout at the back-middle for cords, but the rest of the desk has a beveled edge, which puts the back of the bracket about an inch from the bottom of the desktop surface. That means there's only positive engagement of the screw clamp for about 1/2" (or half the clamp surface), which forced me to find a wood piece to offer more positive engagement. Not the end of the world, but not everyone will have that.

But overall, this is great for the home office, where there's tons of things that need power on/near your desk.
