    My usual, go to electrolyte mix, while a much better value, does not have this delicious flavour. It does however have an excellent ingredient profile. It only comes in individual packets, no tub option, so can be expensive. However, use half in my morning coffee, half in my night time shake. Taste great in both.

    I love LMNT, in the past I've had the Raspberry salt and the unflavored. I use it daily. I thought this one would be good to replace coffee in the morning or on cold days but it's not good. Waste of money. I've tried it a couple times different ways to see if I can make it good and I can't. Stick to other flavors

    This is a very salty/sweet combo, but great for someone like me that has been on Keto for 2+ years. Mix with each pkg with a minimum of 16oz of hot/boiling water. I add 2 Tbsp of heavy cream and it's delicious. Wish is was not so expensive though. I am ordering this item again for sure.

    this one is very powerful, even though I’m used to drinking a Raspberry LMNT everyday. I bought this one for adding to my morning coffee to maybe replace the raspberry drink for the winter, I find I can only put about 1/3 of a salted caramel packet in my coffee and still enjoy it. I did use a full packet the first day and couldn’t finish it, the flavour and salt were overwhelming.

    Like many have said, the chocolate doesn't dissolve in cold water very well, so I tried my ninja blender with some ice added in. I loved it!!!! The perfect iced drink for a hot summer afternoon. Iced Capp's used to be my addiction. Due to Type 2 Diabetes, I quit those cold turkey three years ago, and miss them especially in the summer. This makes a very nice substitute, without any of the other crap in store bought iced coffees.

    ($64 is a lot to spend on something if you aren't sure whether you will like it or not, so before I bought this one, I had purchased the LMNT sample pack. It had one chocolate packet, not the salted caramel, but close enough to try before I committed to this one)

I ran out of my most favorite flavor the chili mango, and out of desperation, and not wanting to buy another box when my shipment was 5 days away. I decided to try the Carmel ones again.     I had high hopes for this as I am fasting and thought it maybe good in my coffee. The reviews were so positive. It was gross! Maybe I underestimated the amount of salt - it was so overwhelming i couldn’t drink it and it made me nauseous. And i didn’t check the refund policy before buying the nearly $40 box - no refunds? That’s crazy.
