Product description

This professional-style Black + Decker 0.7 Cubic Foot 700 Watt Stainless Steel Microwave features 10 power levels, a removable glass turntable, and a spacious interior. Optimally cook or reheat six of the most popular food items with the touch of a button. Sensor technology ensures ideal results every time. Simply press one of the six pre-programmed buttons and the microwave automatically adjusts the cooking time and power level. Thawing frozen meats, vegetables or casseroles is also easy with two different options - Time Defrost or Weight Defrost. The large LED digital display has a clock function and can also display a countdown timer as well as the cooking time remaining. The microwave can be turned on for one to six minutes at 100 percent power by simply touching the number you want. Stop the microwave at any time by pressing the STOP button.

    Ive been using the BLACK+DECKER EM720CB7 Digital Microwave for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid kitchen companion. The 700-watt power is enough to quickly heat up meals without the usual wait. The digital controls are straightforward and easy to use, making it convenient even if you’re not tech-savvy.

    Its compact size fits perfectly on my counter top without taking up too much space, which is a big plus for smaller kitchens. The preset buttons for popcorn, potato, pizza, and beverages make everyday use even faster.

    Not sure what the negative reviews are about. One is about it being small? One is about a missing black piece on the bottom? And then a crooked sticker and a straight plug? It’s supposed to be small, its for small spaces. They have larger ones (0.9+). There isn’t supposed to be a black piece on that side. Only two on the bottom. Most microwaves I’ve seen have a straight plug it’s pretty standard. A crooked sticker? Yeah that sucks not much to say there.
    Ours works and looks great especially for the price. Recommended.

    I bought the BLACK+DECKER EM720CB7 microwave as a gift, and it’s been a frustrating experience from the start. The unit powers on and runs, but it doesn’t heat anything — clearly defective right out of the box.

    The recipients had to call a number listed in the manual, only to be redirected to 鶹. Then I had to step in and try to resolve it myself. I went through 鶹’s return/replacement flow, hoping for a quick exchange, but was sent back to BLACK+DECKER support. It took them so long to get back to me that I ended up buying a different appliance from another brand and just returned this one.

    Between the faulty product and the runaround from both companies, I won’t be buying BLACK+DECKER again.
