The Rainbow Motion Pack

Featuring two car bases with REAL rubber wheels and our unique bevel design, this pack also includes a variety of tiles and is the perfect gift for vehicle enthusiasts. Our Motion Pack provides endless possibilities as a standalone, starter or expansion pack and encourages children to explore concepts of movement and motion, magnetism and colour while they build limitless vehicles.

  • Yes, CONNETIX are compatible with leading magnetic tile brands, however our tiles contain stronger magnets than most so other tiles may not hold together as strongly.

  • We recommend using a damp cloth without chemicals to clean your tiles. We don’t recommend placing them in water as the magnets may rust.

  • Yes, CONNETIX tiles are made from non-toxic ABS plastic that is BPA and phthalate free. Our products undertake regular safety and quality control testing.

  • Although all of our tiles are ultrasonically welded and include rivets for extra safety, your safety is paramount to us, and so we recommend the use for ages 3 years and over.

  • As an open-ended toy designed to foster creativity and imagination, children can freely explore a range of STEAM concepts such as magnetism, gravity, motion, colour and shape, promoting hands-on learning through play!

This is one of my favourite toys to play with together with my children and my nieces and nephews. This set is great for a new style of play over the standard ball run. I have two sets of this and have enjoyed making a variety of vehicles! Pros: -It's connetix, works well and magnets are strong and give a lot of room for creativity with other sets

    Magnetic tiles are one of my kids favourite toys and as a parent they’re one of mine too. Connetix is a great brand of them. They’re definitely more expensive than some other brands but they also seem more sturdy and well made. This is a pretty small set though I do love that it comes with the two car bases. They can also be used in conjunction with other sets too. Keeps them busy for hours, and they play with them every day.

    This CONNETIX Rainbow Motion Pack is a great set to add if you already own Connetix sets. This set can be used on its own and still be enjoyed but with only 24 pieces I think your children will be wanting more . If you own other sets then you will be able to build more complex creations.

    This set is the typical high-quality magnetic tiles that you expect for Connetix. The set includes 2 x car motion bases with rubber wheels,12 x small squares, 8 x rectangle pieces and 2 x door pieces. There is also a canvas storage bag and an Inspiration Book.

    My grandkids love playing with Connetix and this set is no exception.

    While a quality set the price for what is just 24 pieces to make two simple vehicles seems a little bit high and might be hard to justify for many people. I deducted one star because of the price.

    Overall, this is another quality set that your children can enjoy playing with and learning at the same time. Despite the rather high price I still recommend this set as a first Connetix set or to add to your existing collection.

    Priced at $65.00 at the time of this review with a coupon available for a 20% discount.

    I am a huge fan of magnetic tiles for our daughter, and this Connetix set is perfect for a gift or as an add-on to a well established collection! I know Connetix is a lot sturdier than other brands, and the initial cost does mean that these will last for many years, making it a worth-while investment!

    This Motion Pack allows for expanding your Connetix creation with cars, trains, tractors or any other wheeled machines you or your child can imagine.

    As with the rest of the Connectix blocks, the quality is great. Plastic feels heavy duty, magnets are strong and the colours are vivid. The blocks are a joy to play with. That said this line of blocks is quite expensive especially considering similar toys on the market. If you however want the best quality for your child, then this toy is right there and the price is well justified.

    This is a magnet building set. It's well built. The pieces are durable, the magnets are pretty strong, and the wheels pieces are robust. The biggest issue is the main way these magnet pieces connect. So many of the pieces connect corner to corner, to make a right angle. So the magnets are only holding each other by the corners, not surface to surface. So the connection is weak. We made the train from the photo, and it would fall apart when playing with it. They connect well when making flat surfaces, but not when making different designs. It's a shame, as this would prove harder to play with with young kids. Currently on sale for $65. That's way too much. Maybe worth it at half that price.
