Just what I needed
This battery operated sprayer is many times better than manual pumping and spraying. You just need to turn it on and start spraying at the target whether you are fertilizing or trying to kill weeds. It's a bit heavy without the liquid in there as I am assuming that is because of the battery. It's great that you can strap this on to your back but I would limit the amount of liquid at the beginning to see if you can handle the weight. One thing missing here is the instruction manual on what all the parts are (as there are many of them), what they are used for and how they fit together. It only comes with to a troubleshooting guide so you will have to figure it out on your own or look at the pic in the product description. Now I can focus on removing weeds from my lawn without having to pick the roots up with a weed tool using my hands.

    I chose this item because I must treat my 250 square feet patio and my 1000 square feet of concrete block pavement and that takes a good amount of time. This will be very fast and handy.

    The construction is basic, almost on the cheap side, without much assembly instructions.

    The different nozzles will do the job, some have quite similar patterns, but I’ll need to test with different fluid viscosity.

    The battery has a form factor I cannot identify as a specific brand, but I got a 20V china mini chainsaw with the same battery mount, while this one is 12V. Replacement batteries may be an issue, and from the weight, it may not be 6Ah. The charger is NOT certified by an accredited association as required by the Canadian Electrical Code (UL, ETL, MET Tuv, etc).

    The backpack is easy to wear, it is not a trekking bag, but surprisingly comfortable for a rigid box.

    Overall, this is a nice sprayer, time will tell if it passes the test of durability.

    Purchased this a while back, and made the mistake of not testing it before warranty period ran out, if there is warranty, not sure. Pump turns on, makes noise, but doesn't pump anything. So, I just ordered a pump that should fit in this sprayer, but I probably just wasted more money on this. Time will tell. Earlier review recommended testing the sprayer when you receive it. I concur with that sentiment.

    Got this delivered the other day and put it to good use yesterday. First of it was delivered on time as promised. I charged the battery as per the instructions and filled it up yesterday and ran three tanks through with no lack of power. I enjoyed having the telescoping wand in order to reach the back plants in my garden without having to walk thru the plants. I was mainly doing a foliar feeding in the evening so this made it very easy. The wand extends ten feet so I will be able to do my fruit trees next year as well. The backpack is well constructed, and I like how the straps attach to the sprayer. They attach on the sides on the bottom, so this makes it much easier to get on when it is full.
    It discharges almost all the liquid in the tank, I had maybe a quarter inch in the bottom on each tank full. This is a great addition and very giftable to someone who gardens for foliar feedings, pest management and so forth.
