This new subwoofer design emits extremely well extended sub-bass kicks that are tighter, faster, and deeper than any other previous woofer designs.   • Try these tips: Use the included memory foam tips. Wear them for 60 minutes, then take a 10-15 minute break to ease ear pressure. Adjust the angle to create a natural seal. Note: Comfort varies by ear shape and listening duration.

  • Static noise often comes from poor connections or interference. First, check jack for dust. Then try another cable or plug into another device to rule out damage. Keep wireless devices and high-power equipment away from IEMs to reduce interference

  • Yes, but: Ensure the front jack is properly connected to the motherboard. Adjust the PC's audio settings to "Headphones" in Control Panel. Note: Front jacks may introduce more noise than rear jacks.

  • The 1.2m cable is optimized for daily use. For extended mobility, we recommend a extension cable,such as the tripowin zonie 2M cable (sold separately).
