    Arrived in sturdy box; well.protected included all parts. Had a socket that fit and Allen attachment for my drill that saves a lot of frustration. Drawings of assembly were accurate and everything fit together. The design was straight forward and sturdy. I especially liked the metal receivers already installed to accept over half of the 304 stainless screws. Because of my age and familial tremors in my hands it took me several hours to put together. Another helper would be the way to go but my wife has Parkinson's so I worked slowly by myself. The finished bench was nice looking and strong. I also bought a foam pad from 鶹 that fit exactly. Be careful with screws, washers and nuts since there are no spares which required a trip to hardware store to get another lock nut when I dropped one and could not. find. This is a great product and about half the price of many others on 鶹.

    Classic, good-looking bench. Bought it for outdoor deck, but honestly, if in need of more seating inside for a party, it would look great. I am going to get a pad for the bench, but it's not really necessary. Husband, who is very handy, put it together and had no problems. It does have a lot of screws, but that just makes it sturdier, but time consuming when assembling. I would recommend. Got the grey and want to pick a colorful pad for contrast.

Bought it in October 2023, put it together, sat on it to try it out, and that was it for the winter. Still restoring the house--adding a porch in March 2024. Sat on the bench for the SECOND TIME, and the back support "boards" snapped where they connect at the bottom of the back rest (see photos.) Snapped! Just by sitting on the bench and leaning back as you would on any bench (and we aren't giant or very heavy people.) The bench overall is heavy, but the backrest was shockingly cheap to break like this. I would give it zero stars, but you can't do that on a rating.

    The bench itself seems really good. The problem was that the bolt package labeling did not match the instruction labeling. Three lengths of bolts were in the instructions, but only two lengths furnished. As it turned out, three bolts had to be shortened, which is not a big deal if you have the tools to accomplish this, and two bolts for the arms were much shorter (~1/2") than they needed to be to make the connection. So really four different lengths are needed to accomplish assembly. So get ready for a trip to your hardware store when you receive the bench.
