Edit: After weeks for RMA they finally refunded me because they could not send me a replacement
it smears hairballs and i have sent it back for a replacement. I had to pay to ship it back across the country. I had to pay >$100 in shipping and they asked for my paypal account. i can't get my money out of paypal without losing some of it to transaction fees.. :(

Still waiting for supposed reimbursement and a replacement vacuum.

It smeared the cat poop and hairballs
Took about an hour each time to clean it after that disaster.
Support is horrible, they offer some poor support scripts.

Had to factory reset it because it went screwy, multiple times (see pic)
Pet hair pickup is not good

I have had this for a month and a half now.
Works better than the YEEDI we had before, the LIDaR makes for a great product.
it does not pick up pet hair as well on carpet.
I have had it map three levels of our home and the mapping so far is excellent.
it does the perimeter first then the middle when vaccuming. If so far has found the base station every time. it goes right to the spots and you can tell it which rooms to do first.
i think i might order a bristle/silicone brush for it, so it can pick up cat hair on the carpet better, as a trial.

mopping is just a gimic as it drags a cloth around the floor and keeps the cloth wet.
I like the remote control feature as well as the ability to tell it to just do an area or certain rooms up to three times.
when i manually place it, it auto detects what floor it is on, and it has done our main floor, landing, and basement.
over all i am happier with this one, than our last one.
the app and remote can have issues depending on updates.
i wish i could afford the better one of the with moving mopping parts.

Edit after months of having it, i would not buy it again.

Often the robot loses its base station and starts searching for its home (base station) all over the place. Cannot recognize the floor mats and gets stuck easily and needs help like a small baby. Yes, if you keep all the floor without any hardship, robot cleans. I am not happy with the robot. Either I have not understood the robot, or I might have expected too much by reading the details and marketing of the robot. Okay as long as you need something that can clean something in a messy home.

Would have been great if it worked. First time using it and within 5 minutes I was getting and error “collision sensor stuck” I had to keep going back to the machine to tap it to try and get it to work again (this was what it was telling me to do). I did this 5 times within ten minutes of its first vacuum cycle.

Then I tried mopping later that day and again same thing within 5 minutes. So I am thinking defective product. I don’t think I would purchase again as for a product this pricey $760 for the D10s I would not expect it to malfunction this poorly. Defeats the purpose of saving me time if I have to keep fixing the machine while it is mopping. Would never be able to use it if I was not home.

It won't complete a cleaning because the bumper sensor triggers for no reason, and the vacuum hasn't even completed the mapping of my place.

Contacted support already but I think I will just initiate a return and get a device off a different brand. It's too bad, because the suction is great and the application has many options.

Or just give up with robot vacuum, because this is the second device I get, both from different manufacturers. Robot vacuum is something that it's still under development.
