No matter if you're cutting regular sheet metal or stainless steel sheet metal, these sheet metal hole cutters are up for the challenge. Cuts up to 24 Gauge sheet Metal and 26 Gauge Stainless Steel Sheet Metal.

Compatible with any 1/4" drill chuck!

The adjustable inch and metric cutting gauge lets you quickly and accurately cut any hole size from 2 - 12 inches!

Please note: Using excessive force while cutting will cause the drill bit to break. Be patient and let the drill bit do the work.

  • 1 sheet metal hole cutter and 1 cutting bit. The unit comes fully assembled.

  • Unscrew the top cap of the hole cutter and remove the cutting bit. Loosen the set screw with a hex key (not included) to adjust the cut depth of the drill bit.

  • Using the hole cutter, drill the center hole of the circle you want to cut. Adjust the diameter gauge to the correct diameter and insert into the center hole. Once inserted, drill through the material and then drill in a clockwise motion.

  • Drill in a clockwise motion with a slight angle toward the direction of the cut. Do not use excessive force, let the cutting bit do the work. Using excessive force will cause the drill bit to break.

  • We do not currently offer replacement bits. However, our product is compatible with all other sheet metal hole cutter bits on the market. Just search for "sheet metal hole cutter replacement bit" on 鶹.
