The CAP Olympic EZ Curl Bar was designed to develop upper arm mass, strength and definition. This essential weight training tool isolates and intensifies the development of the bicep and forearm muscles while decreasing discomfort to the elbows and wrists. The Olympic EZ Curl Bar is made of solid steel with a black powder coat finish and comes with collars to secure weights making it a great addition to your home gym. It has diamond knurled 25.4mm handgrips for a secure, non-slip grip and rotating sleeves with bushings to reduce pressure on the hands and wrists. The CAP Curl Bar is designed to accommodate 2-inch plates only and has 51,000 PSI tensile strength steel. The loadable sleeve length is 7.5-inches. 30-day manufacturer’s *.
